What information I collect and why

When you make an enquiry
I collect your name, contact details, job title and any information you include in your message, so I can reply to you.
- Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry).

When we work together
I collect your name, contact details, job title, business details, meeting notes, and information you share with me during our work, such as LinkedIn profile details, content and access you give me to your accounts.
- Lawful basis: contract.

Bookings, invoicing and payments
When you book a session or pay an invoice, I keep your name, contact details, booking details and a record of your payment. Bookings and card payments are handled securely by Cal.com and Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. Some clients pay by bank transfer, in which case I see your name and payment reference on my bank statement.
- Lawful basis: contract, and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Session recordings
With your agreement, I may record video calls or training sessions, for example so you can rewatch them.
- Lawful basis: consent. I will always ask before recording.

Updates and marketing
If you choose to receive updates from me, I use your name, email address and marketing preferences to send them.
- Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Testimonials and photographs
With your permission, I may share your testimonial, name, business name or photographs on my website or social media.
- Lawful basis: consent.

Queries and complaints
If you raise a query or complaint, I keep your contact details and our correspondence so I can deal with it.
- Lawful basis: legitimate interests (resolving the issue fairly).

Website visitors
My website uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them via the cookie banner.
- Lawful basis: consent.

Who I share information with

I don't sell your personal information. I only share it with:

  • Service providers who help me run my business, such as my website host, booking and payment providers (Cal.com and Stripe), email, video-calling and accounting software. Some of these are based outside the UK, and they protect your data with appropriate safeguards.

  • The public, only where you've agreed, for example testimonials.

  • Authorities, only where I'm required to by law.

Your data protection rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you. This is free of charge.

  • Withdraw consent: where I rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Some rights don't apply in every situation, for example I can't delete invoice records I'm legally required to keep. I will respond to any request within one month. To make a request, get in touch via this form
